Its seldom seen that HR of any tech company understands the need of their resources. Most of the HR Deptts are the typical Munshi-Styled Deptts. None of such companies do anything to reduce the stress of their resources. If somebody does try and do it then that person is labeled as the one who doesnt want to work.
